About OTS
The Texas VFW Officer Training Seminars (OTS) is great event to attend for newly elected Officers and those looking to continue to learn and grow within the Post, District and other ranks. Meet and network with new comrades from across the state while enjoyed a weekend in Austin.

Registration Changes:
Individual member registration is required. The Department must receive a member registrant full name, post information and member ID linked to their email.

Groups:
Posts with multiple member registrations must still complete the form individually to provide all required registrant information.
​
Payments:
Online registration requires credit/debit selections paid through either Square or PayPal.
​
Group or check payments will not be accepted online or via physical mail submission.

Delegate 101 - 3/29/2023
The Texas VFW Training team has put together this virtual training session to help better understand the Delegate Election process leading up to the 2023 State Convention. Scroll below the video for additional information.
If you have completed your Post Meeting to assign Delegates / Alternate Delegates, you can download the "How to Process Reports" instructions. This information takes you step by step on how to pay the Post Delegate Invoice and how to submit your Delegate & Alternates to the Department via online form.

Upon submitting the Delegate Election Report form, you will receive an email confirmation from sql@texasvfw.org shown as "Texas VFW Reporting".
